Archibishop Naumann has appointed Father Edward Oen, C.P.P.S. pastor of St. Mary's Parish. Father Oen will also remain pastor of Sacred Heart Parish, Baileyville. Beginning February 8, Sunday Mass at St. Mary's Church will be at 10 a.m. About Father Ed: Father Edward Oen grew up on a farm near St. Mary’s, Ohio. He joined St. Charles Seminary at Carthagena, Ohio in 1951-64. He was ordained May 31, 1964 as a missionary of the Precious Blood. The Missionaries of the the Most Precious Blood is a society of Apostolic Life founded by St. Gaspar at the Abbey of San Felix in Italy on August 15, 1815.
